personal details to make a reservation
inquiry. If rooms are available under
a preferred itinerary, we will send
a confirmation and price for your
hotel stay. Only after you receive
our confirmation should you confirm
the acceptance by sending your credit
card details using our own secure
server.
Hotel Reservation inquiries made
using our e-mail booking request service
will be confirmed or denied by e-mail
at the address you provided in the
request form.There will be no charge
to your credit card until you wish
to confirm your booking.
We will send you the booking confirmation
or denial usually within 24 hours.
Payment to secure the your room must
be made within 24 hours.
(If you do not receive confirmation
within 72 hours, it is likely that
the request will be denied.)
When you receive our booking confirmation,
you must confirm the acceptance by
sending your personal details, together
with a valid credit card to guarantee
the booking. The booking confirmation
advice will have a clickable link,
which will allow access our booking
form.
Booking forms not returned within
the stipulated time, will cancel the
room request automatically.

The price we display for hotel rooms

from time to time. The price we quote
for your chosen hotel will be correct
at publication.
Under the above provisions, there
will be times when the price we quote
will differ from price you paid be
it higher or lower.
These variations reflect changing
market conditions and hotel room availability.
We are unable to accept any responsibly
whatsoever for claims made against
any financial loss attributed to the
adjustments in price as displayed
on our web site.

Payment

be made before check in date at least
7 days. In some periods of year, during
the period of beginning of December
to the end of January, Sonkran Days

will have a specific cancellation
and no show policy.
As a general rule, or unless otherwise
stated - any cancellation will be
automatically charged 10% of
the total amount PLUS administration
fee USD10 after we send our
customers the hotel voucher and other
cases as following conditions :

cancellation fee of 30% of the total
amount PLUS administration fee USD10.
3. In case of notification of cancellation
least than 15 working days, 50% of
the total amount will be charged automatically.
4. More, in case of notification
of cancellation least than 7 working
days, 100% of the total amount will
be charged automatically.
5. No Show and room cancellation
during check-in date within the peakest
period will be charged 100% of the
total amount - No Refund.

refunding a portion of the booking
value, we will deduct our standard
processing for a bank credit card

to pay for the full duration of your
accommodation as detailed in the original
booking.

of stay :
After your arrival, if you plan on
extend your stay, you will need to
contact our customer support services

In case you contact the hotel directly,
they will not be able offer you the
competitive room rates you enjoy with
phuket-hotels-resorts.com when we
receive your advise we will arrange
for the extension, subject to the
availability of the room and charge
your credit card with the booking
based on the room rates prevailing
at the time.
